One wrong turn in your health care can lead to a lifetime of suffering. One inappropriate prescription drug or one sub-par surgery can start a downward spiral. Conventional medicine is extravagant, dangerous and overly-popular. There are tv shows about it romanticizing the drama.
Medical drama makes for good tv, but it doesn’t make for a wonderful life as a patient. If you get into an accident, you need conventional medicine. It’s best to avoid that by wearing your seatbelt and obeying crosswalk signs so you don’t get hit by a bus. You already do these things to avoid injury, death, dangerous drugs and surgery.
Besides the above examples, there are other things you need to do. The first is to avoid damaging “foods”.
The most important food to avoid is sugar. The damage caused by sugar is as bad as getting hit by a bus but it takes decades to actually get there. In the meantime, you suffer by poor health, insurmountable medical bills and slavery to drugs. Sugar makes you tired minutes or hours after you eat it.
Other types of “foods” to avoid include genetically engineered foods. These are proven to cause cancer and destroy your organs. The only foods guaranteed to be free of laboratory manipulation are labeled “organic”. It is imperative to eat organic food now compared to the 1980′s. You feel energized after an organic meat and vegetable meal.
Another type of food to avoid is “hydrogenated” fats like crisco or margarine. Think of these as plastic. You wouldn’t eat a shampoo bottle, would you?
It’s also important to avoid microwaving or frying your tissues with “dirty electricity” from cell phones, appliances or outlets. Some researchers are saying dirty electricity is the MAIN cause of cancer and a huge factor in diabetes and heart disease. Its importance is mostly unknown. We see it cause many symptoms, especially brain fatigue to the point where you don’t want to look at a video screen. We have something that can be easily done about it.
